The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) counsel Mr Levi Uzoukwu has told the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal that some of their witnesses who were on their way to the nation’s capital from Zamfara State were attacked by gunmen.
Mr Uzokwu stated this during the trial on Friday in Abuja.

He disclosed that one of the witness called him and informed him of the attack.

The PDP counsel further said that he was informed that some of the witnesses were injured while others are still missing.

The presidential election trial has being adjourned till Monday, July 15.

Meanwhile it was earlier reported that videos showing how the APC allegedly rigged the 2019 presidential election will be played by Atiku and the PDP, before the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.
