The senator representing Kaduna Central senatorial district, Shehu Sani, has reacted to the statement made by the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, that United State should be cautious of granting visa to the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubarkar.

According to Shehu, telling a country not to grant visa to your fellow citizen because he is your opposition is highly condemnable and unpatriotic.

Shehu stated this on his twitter page on Friday.

He tweeted: “Telling a foreign country not to grant visa to your fellow citizen on the ground that he is a candidate; and with no ‘proven case of criminal offense ’ or breach of national or international law, is not just an unpatriotic act but a condemnable act.
