The High Court sitting in Abuja has moved the hearing of the case filed against the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Mohammed over age falsification to May 31, 2019.
The case was adjourned following the failure of the plaintiff and his counsel to appear in court to substantiate their claim that Mr. Muhammad falsified his age in the documents he presented.
They had alleged that the official documents presented by the Acting CJN stating that he was born on December 31, 1953 was falsified, they stated that they have an evidence of documents showing that Justice Muhammad was born on December 31, 1950.
Due their failure to appear in court for the second time, Justice Danlami Senchi adjourned the case.
