Bola Ahmed Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) says the Yorubas will continue to support President Muhammadu Buhari because of  his good will for the country.
He also urged Nigerians to stay united so that there will be speedy development in the country.
Tinubu who accompanied some of the Pan Yoruba Socio-Cultural group, Afenifere delegates to see President Buhari at the Aso Rock Villa made this statement after their meeting.
Others who attended are; Laoye Tomori, Solomon Akindele, Elder  Yemi Alade, Mutiu Are, Chief Kemi Nelson, Adedayo Adeyeye, Chief Segun Osoba, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi among others.
The essence of the meeting was to compliment the president and also to congratulate him on the election victory.
 Tinubu said; “Nigerians should be united and avoid conflicts in order to ensure speedy development and progress of the country.”
“The Yoruba will continue to rally behind Buhari, because of his track record and good will for Nigeria.”
The group also urge the president to recruit more policemen from all the 774 local Government areas in the country in order to improve security.
