The Nigerian government and Chinese government has signed a deal to begin the manufacturing of transformers in a N4bn facility in Kogi state.
According to report, about 60 Nigerian engineers have been sent to China to learn how transformers are made in their factories.
This is in line with the government’s plan to invest in technology and industrialisation.
This new development was made known by the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday through its Twitter handle.
